Swimming Instructor
Baby classes through to competitive squads
Teach small-group classes across our four Singapore pools. You’ll work with swimmers from 4 months to adult, guided by our 10-level progression system. AUSTSWIM certification required, or willingness to complete our teacher course.
What We Look For
- AUSTSWIM certification (or willingness to obtain via our course)
- Comfort with all age groups, especially infants and toddlers
- Additional NROC qualification is a plus
- Patient, energetic, and safety-first mindset
- Availability for weekday and weekend classes
Admin Staff
Keep the school running smoothly
Support our coaches, parents, and swimmers with scheduling, enrolments, communications, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for the Marsden community.
What We Look For
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and admin software
- Warm, service-oriented approach to parents and swimmers
- Attention to detail (schedules, billing, enrolments)
- Bonus: experience in education, hospitality, or customer service
