Marsden’s teaching lanes at Delta are in the covered 30m teaching pool for beginners and Learn to Swim classes. Stroke development and squad training use the 50m competition pool. Both are available so lessons run consistently regardless of weather.
What equipment is used during lessons?
Our coaches use essential aids like pull buoys and kickboards to develop technique and confidence during lessons at Delta.
Is parking available at Delta Swimming Complex?
Yes. Convenient parking for cars and motorcycles is available at the sports centre.
Is there seating for parents during lessons?
Direct poolside spectator seating may be limited at the ActiveSG facility, but parents can find areas within the complex to observe children’s lessons.
Are trial classes offered at Delta?
Yes, Marsden offers paid trial classes at Delta, a chance to experience professional coaching in a welcoming environment before committing to a full program.
Do I need to pay separate ActiveSG entry fees?
Yes. As ActiveSG operates this facility, prevailing ActiveSG entry rates apply for both swimmers and chaperones on entry (SGD 0.50 for children, SGD 1.00 for adults). This is in addition to your Marsden class fees.
