- Enquiries that don’t lead to enrolment: we retain your enquiry details for 12 months, then delete.
- Swim Teacher Course applications: if unsuccessful or if you don’t proceed, we retain your application for 12 months, then delete.
- Financial records: we retain billing and payment records for 7 years as required by IRAS and Singapore tax law.
- Website analytics: aggregate data retained per Google Analytics 4 defaults (26 months); individual identifiers deleted sooner.
- Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
